Delivery Information

AUSTRALIA

SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer flat rate shipping on all orders in Australia for $15.00. Orders will be shipped as soon as possible, depending on product availability. If a product is not available customers will be notified via email.

DISPATCH TIMES
We will do our best to deliver your order promptly. Once payment has been processed, items in-stock will be dispatched the following day. All orders are expected to be dispatched within 72 hours. In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is unavailable we will endeavour to notify you within 24 hours.


While all care is taken in the packaging and postage of your purchase, we will assume no liability for any late delivery.



SHIPPING CHARGES
Costs vary depending on the items purchased and the country being shipped to. To find out the shipping cost prior to ordering, please add products to your cart and on the Shopping Cart page select which country to ship to. Freight is calculated based on volume or Kg whichever is greater.
Your order may be subject to additional sales taxes, duty and Customs charges upon delivery that are determined by your local government.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES AND DUTIES
International (outside Australia) customers must pay applicable sales tax, duty and Customs charges. Your local government determines duty and Customs charges, which varies by country. Duties, taxes and/or Customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with the exact amount you will be charged. Your order confirmation details only the charges we are collecting. Contact your local government or visit your local Customs government website for specific details

DISPATCH TIMES
We will do our best to deliver your order promptly. Once payment has been processed, items in-stock will be dispatched the following day. If there is a problem with availability or with sending your order, we will contact you to let you know within 24 hours.

Delivery times are estimated between 1-10 days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Inventive Lights cannot accept the return or cancellation of purchases if the item has been unsealed or is in an unsaleable condition. Items or products that have been built to order, such as custom lighting systems, cannot be returned.

To return goods, you must contact Inventive Lights for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 7 working days of purchase. Please package the relevant item securely, record the RAN on the outside of the package and send it in time for the Inventive Lights to receive it within 7 working days from the issue date of the RAN. Goods will not be accepted for return beyond this period. The address to be used for returns is:

For your protection, we recommend that you use a registered mail service that has adequate insurance for the item you are returning. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods unless the vendor has delivered them to you in error. All returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until received by the vendor. 

Customer refunds will be paid in Australian dollars for faulty products that are returned and cannot be replaced with new versions of the same product. All items returned to Inventive Lights by pre-arrangement and found to contain no fault will be either (a) returned to the customer at their expense or (b) restocked subject to a 25% restocking fee providing the goods are in original stock condition (delivery fee will also not be refunded). Please note that return authorisation numbers are only valid for 7 days. Returned goods will not be accepted beyond this period.
